Terms of Service

Liberty Link is a technology and program management platform that provides payment solutions, card programs, and financial tools in partnership with licensed banks and payment institutions. We are not a bank. All banking and payment services are provided through our regulated partners.

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Liberty Link website, mobile application, platform, and related services (collectively, the “Platform”). By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

Eligibility
  • • You must be at least 18 years old (or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use the Platform.
  • • For Business users: You represent that you are duly authorized to enter into these Terms on behalf of your organization.
  • • For Consumers: You must be a resident of India or eligible to use the services as per applicable laws.
Account Registration and KYC

To access certain features, you must create an account and complete our Know Your Customer (KYC) process as required by law and our partners. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account

Services and Limitations

Liberty Link provides technology infrastructure for:

  • • Issuance and management of virtual/physical cards
  • • Multi-currency accounts and payments
  • • Spend tracking, rewards, and reconciliation tools

All actual financial services (card issuance, fund holding, payments, etc.) are enabled through licensed banking and payment partners. Liberty Link does not hold customer funds or issue cards directly.

Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

  • • Use the Platform for any illegal purpose or in violation of any laws
  • • Attempt to circumvent security features or engage in fraud
  • • Reverse engineer, copy, or modify the Platform
  • • Load funds from illegitimate sources or engage in money laundering
  • • Share your account credentials with others
Intellectual Property

All content, logos, trademarks, software, and materials on the Platform are owned by Liberty Link or its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Platform solely for its intended purpose.

Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy (linked in the footer), which explains how we collect, use, and protect your information.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at any time for violation of these Terms, suspected fraud, or regulatory requirements. You may stop using the Platform at any time.

Prohibited Activities

Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

  • • The Platform is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.
  • • We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.
  • • Liberty Link shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform.
  • • Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you (if any) in the preceding 12 months.
Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Liberty Link, its partners, officers, and employees harmless from any claims, losses, or damages arising from your breach of these Terms or misuse of the Platform.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Delhi, India. We encourage amicable resolution; failing which, disputes may be referred to arbitration as per the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via the Platform or email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
